Shipping Policy

Shipping Zones: We currently offer shipping services within India only. Free shipping is available for all orders above Rs.500 delivered within India. For order value lower than Rs.500/- we charge a flat shipping rate of Rs.100 to any place within India.

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing times may vary.

Shipping Time: Our standard shipping time within India is 10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination, product type, government regulations, and any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Partners: We partner with reputable courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. Our primary shipping partners are ‘Shree Maruti Intergrated Logistics Limited’ and 'ShipRocket'

Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order by clicking on the provided tracking link and number.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping information.

Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package. In case of unsuccessful delivery, they will leave a notification and attempt redelivery based on their policies. It is the responsibility of the customer to coordinate with the courier service for successful delivery.

 

Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver your orders within the specified time frame, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Delivery Confirmation: Upon successful delivery, the courier service will require a signature or confirmation from the recipient. Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to accept the delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team ssd@vappl.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
