a) www.vappl.com is the website and Vatsal Ayurvedic Products Pvt Ltd (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Platform”) developed and owned by Vatsal Ayurvedic Products Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “VAPPL”), a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office & factory at 18,19, Siddhivinayak Industrial Estate, Ozar (Mig), Nashik 422206.
b) Vatsal Ayurvedic Products Pvt Ltd is the sole proprietor of the Platform, and its associated services, including but not limited to Vatsal Ayurvedic Products online store, consultation services, and wellness content.
c) This document constitutes an electronic record in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules thereunder, including any amendments, and is generated by the Platform, thus not requiring any physical or digital signatures.
d) These Terms and Conditions are published in compliance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011, which mandate the publication of rules, regulations, privacy policies, and Terms of Use for access or usage of the Platform.
e) For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the terms “You” or “User” shall refer to any natural or legal person who uses the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The terms “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall refer to Vatsal Ayurvedic Products Pvt Ltd.

By using the Platform or communicating with Us via email or other means, You consent to receive communications from Us electronically. We may communicate with You through email or any other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.
Posting on Platform:
The right to post content on the Platform is reserved solely by Vatsal Ayurvedic Products Pvt Ltd. Any third-party breach of this term, whether knowingly or unknowingly, may result in legal action as per applicable laws.

Indemnity:
